Shelbourne defeat Sporting Fingal on Penalties

after game finished 2-2 draw (AET)

Shelbourne claimed a 6-5 victory in their penalty shoot-out with Sporting Fingal at the Morton Stadium in Santry.

Sporting led twice through Karl Byrne and Conan Byrne but Dermot Keely's side fought back each time with goals from James Chambers and Anto Flood.
