Pedro Delgado is a Venezualan national who has played for a number of clubs in his home country including playing in the Copa Libertadores, the south American equivelent of the European Champions League.

He joined Dungannon Swifts, in July 2004, from Carrick Rangers but spent all of his first season out injured.
