Paul Skinner
Paul Skinner (DOB 03/02/89): Goalkeeper Skinnner joined Celtic as an apprentice from Lourdes Celtic in 2005, as a sixteen-year-old. Being unhappy with the progress he was making at Celtic, Paul returned home and joined up with Drogheda United in August 2008.
Following financial troubles at Drogheda at the end of the 2009 season, the majority of the first team squad was released. The then Drog’s manager Alan Mathews re-signed Paul for the 2010 season. When Mathews severed his links with Drogheda and signed on as Shelbourne managers in August 2010, he kept an eye on Skinner’s progress and when the chance came at the end of the season, signed Paul for the Tolka team.
Paul signed for Roddy Collins at Athlone Town prior to the start of the 2013 season.
